We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in salable condition - free from damage, marks, stains, or pet fur. Returns must be shipped out within the 30-day window to qualify for a refund. International returns are not accepted. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return, with return shipping costs deducted from the refund. Lifetime Warranty for Materials and Workmanship

With normal usage and proper care, our products are built to last many years. We stand behind our craftsmanship, which is why we offer a non-transferable Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser. If your pouch or accessory develops a defect due to a manufacturing error or substandard materials, we’ll gladly repair or replace it free of charge.

This warranty does not cover punctures, rips, tears, cuts, or holes of any kind, damage caused by animals or pets, excessive wear and tear, improper usage or care, or damage resulting from exposure to substances that degrade silicone including sunscreen, bug spray, or DEET, or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or extreme heat. All pouches are individually inspected before shipment. Any damage not directly attributable to a manufacturing defect or substandard materials is not covered.
