How is Voilà’s Ultimate Treat Pouch different?

Can I wash my Ultimate Treat Pouch in water?

Yes! For the best results, we recommend filling the pouch about halfway with lukewarm water, adding a couple drops of dishwasher detergent, closing the pouch, swirling it to disperse the liquid evenly, and rinsing thoroughly before use. Avoid using harsh chemicals or cleaning it in the dishwasher.

My new pouch is a little stiff and makes a slight grinding noise when opening and closing. Is this normal?

Yes, this is perfectly normal. The custom designed spring made for your pouch may need a short 'break-in' period. This will ensure that the metal contact points at the hinges are perfectly mated for a smooth operation. Before initial use, we recommend applying a few drops of oil included with your purchase. Please refer to the How To Care section of our website for more details. 

What is your limited lifetime warranty policy?

Our Ultimate Treat Pouch is designed with the strictest quality standards. We stand by the durability of our product—which is why we offer a non-transferable limited lifetime warranty to the person who originally purchased the product. If your pouch has any damage or defects, we’ll gladly repair or replace it free of charge.

How do I submit a warranty claim?


In order to activate your limited lifetime warranty, register your Ultimate Treat Pouch here. Once you’ve registered, you’re eligible to submit a warranty claim . Briefly describe any issues you’re experiencing and, upon approval of your claim, you’ll receive an email with return instructions and an authorization code. Please make sure to include it when sending your item back to us.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back to us for repair or replacement. Voilà will then cover return shipping costs. Please select a guaranteed delivery service that provides parcel tracking information, insurance, and proof of delivery. Voilà is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping and cannot replace parcels lost during return shipment if proof of delivery is unavailable.

What is your return policy?

Changed your mind? No worries! If you aren’t satisfied after our 30-day risk-free trial, we’re more than happy to issue a full refund in the original form of payment. We’ll even cover the cost of sending the item back!

How do I return an item?

To initiate the return process, please click here and enter your order number. Print and affix the prepaid shipping label to the package, making sure to include the return authorization code. Please note you must obtain a return authorization code before sending back the item!

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
