How is Voilà’s Ultimate Treat Pouch different?

We’re so glad you asked! Can I wash my Ultimate Treat Pouch in water?

Yes! For the best results, we recommend filling the pouch about halfway with lukewarm water, adding a couple drops of dishwasher detergent, closing the pouch, swirling it to disperse the liquid evenly, and rinsing thoroughly before use. Avoid using harsh chemicals or cleaning it in the dishwasher.

My new pouch is a little stiff and makes a slight grinding noise when opening and closing. Is this normal?

Yes, this is perfectly normal. The custom designed spring made for your pouch may need a short 'break-in' period. This will ensure that the metal contact points at the hinges are perfectly mated for a smooth operation. Before initial use, we recommend applying a few drops of oil included with your purchase. Please refer to the How To Care section of our website for more details. 

What is your Satisfaction Guarantee policy?

Our Ultimate Treat Pouch is designed with the strictest quality standards. With normal usage and proper care, our products are meant to last many years. We are also committed to offering excellent service —which is why we offer a non-transferable Satisfaction Guarantee to the person who originally made the purchase. If your pouch or accessory becomes damaged as a result of manufacturing error, or if defects appear due to substandard materials, we’ll gladly repair or replace it free of charge*. 

*Punctures and excessive wear and tear due to improper usage or care are not covered. 

How do I submit a warranty claim?


Please use the Contact Us form, or send an email to support@voilapets.com to initiate the warranty claim. Briefly describe any issues you’re experiencing and, upon approval of your claim, you’ll receive an email with a prepaid return label and further instructions. 

Voilà Pets is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping and cannot replace parcels lost during return shipment if proof of delivery is unavailable.

What is your return policy?

Changed your mind? No worries! If you aren’t satisfied after our 30-day risk-free trial, we’re more than happy to issue a full refund in the original form of payment. We’ll even cover the cost of sending the item back!

How do I return an item?

To initiate the return process, please Contact Us and enter your order information. Upon approval, we will send you a prepaid return label. Print and affix the shipping label to your package and drop it off to your nearest shipping center. Once we receive your item, please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to process.
